We will aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours of placing your order
Delivery can take up to 5 working days - we also deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Highlands however, deliveries may take a little longer.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - £3.95
Place your order before 3PM Monday-Friday and we will aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed after 3PM will not be processed until the following working day
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - £4.95
Place your order before 3PM Monday-Friday and we will aim to deliver the next working day
Orders placed after 3PM will not be processed until the following working day
Next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands.
Please note, working days do not include Weekends or UK Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination Country. TYNA has no control of these charges and they must be paid by the customer. To avoid any unexpected surprises, we suggest you check out what import charges may apply before you order.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once your products have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order.
We will make every effort to meet our suggested delivery timescales. Please be aware that during busy periods delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We apologise if this is ever the case, but we will do our very best to get your items sent out as soon as possible.
